The Win Woman presents FUNDED. AI Revenue Team.
Find your next major donors and sponsors without hiring more staff.
FUNDED is an eight-week live program. We set up as many as three AI employees with your team in Claude to research your best prospects and draft your donor notes and sponsor pitches. You don't need to be technical.
If you reserve, pay the $3,000 balance by December 7, 2026 or your spot goes to the next organization. Both payments are non-refundable. Enrollment terms

Your AI fundraising team
The research and outreach your staff never gets to, ready for review every Monday.
Each AI employee does one job and brings its work to your team every Monday. Pick one, two or all three. The price is the same. All of them work from your Organization Brain: your mission, programs and past proposals, saved in one Claude project.
How a week works, once you're set up
Monday, 8 a.m.
Your AI employees do the work. Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, runs them on a schedule. They research prospects and write the week's drafts, with a source link on every fact.
When you're ready
Your team reviews it. Check the facts, then approve, edit or skip each brief, note and pitch, follow-ups included. Nothing goes out without a yes.
Once you approve
Your email tools send it. Lemlist sends your donor notes and sponsor pitches from your own email. Replies come to your inbox, and your people make the ask.

How we build it with you
By week 8, your AI employees deliver research and drafts every Monday.
We set them up with you, step by step. Each week we build one part live on screen, such as your Organization Brain or one AI employee, and your team follows along in its own Claude account. Between sessions, your team finishes that part from a ready-made template, and you never write code. If you pick fewer than three employees, those weeks become extra time for the ones you chose.
Live help every week
We build one part on screen each week while your team follows along and asks questions in the chat.
A template for every step
Your team copies it and fills in your details, so nobody starts from a blank page.
Office hours when you're stuck
Bring anything that stalls between sessions, and we'll work through it with you.
Every session recorded
Missed a week? Watch the recording and catch up.
Come to at least 7 of the 8 sessions, live or by replay, and finish each week's setup. If your AI employees still aren't delivering every Monday by the last week, you join the next cohort free until they are.

We engaged in a search process to find a fundraising consultant to test some strategies with. Luckily that fundraising consultant turned out right. It was The Win Woman, and within six months we were able to see a 22% increase in our corporate engagement. But one of the biggest takeaways that was more long term is, in that work with The Win Woman, I was able to create a very clear profile for all three of the Florida regions to really refine our strategies.
In a client's words
“In just three to four months we hit our fundraising goal for the first time in five years by being able to have that added capacity with The Win Woman, working and tweaking our corporate strategy, but then looking at our three regions from the lens that they were truly representing.”
LaKeisha Wells-PalmerExecutive Director, Florida Regions, Teach For America
What more nonprofit leaders are saying
“The Win Woman firm was pivotal in crafting our strategic fundraising plan, while also optimizing our stewardship and cultivation practices. In addition to these efforts, they significantly boosted our marketing strategies for our impact report and annual giving campaign.
Their team was always on hand to assist with strategizing for upcoming events and activities, playing a key role in maximizing the efficiency of our initiatives.”

They are very skilled at major gift and corporate fundraising strategies, corporate social responsibility, annual giving strategies, CRM enhancements and data-driven decision making. At Farmworker Justice, we are very happy to be working with such a wonderful group. Farmworker Justice strives to empower migrant and seasonal farmworkers to improve their living and working conditions, immigration status, health, occupational safety, and access to justice. As such, it is important to surround ourselves with like-minded companies like The Win Woman.”

Plus the Monday promise: come to at least 7 of the 8 sessions and finish each week's setup. If your AI employees still aren't delivering every Monday by the last week, you join the next cohort free. It would otherwise cost $5,000.
One new gift could pay for it.
The Fundraising Effectiveness Project counts donors who give $5,001 to $50,000 as major donors, so one major donor at the low end of that range covers the $3,500 tuition.

Send them the short version: what you'd build, the all-in cost and the terms.
Come to at least 7 of the 8 sessions, live or by replay, and finish each week's setup. If your AI employees still aren't delivering their research and drafts every Monday by the last week, you join the next cohort free until they are.
Someone from your organization attends at least 7 of the 8 sessions, live or by replay.
Your team finishes each week's setup between sessions.
Still not running every Monday by the last week? Your organization joins the next cohort's sessions and office hours free until it is.
Running means the AI employees you chose hand you their research and drafts on schedule every Monday.
If someone on your team leaves, the spot passes to their replacement. Everything your team builds stays in your organization's Claude account. Your reservation and tuition are non-refundable.
No one can promise what donors and sponsors will give, and fundraising ethics codes rule out charging a percentage of the money raised.
Questions
Before you commit your budget.
Will it get our facts right?
It won't get every fact right, so every fact links to its source and your team checks it before anyone reaches out.
Why not just use Claude ourselves?
You'll use Claude either way, including the nonprofit fundraising skills Anthropic added in October 2026. The cohort turns them into AI employees that work from your own data every Monday, with an Organization Brain built from your materials, the source check your team uses every week, and live help when something breaks.
Is our donor data safe?
You work on Claude for Nonprofits Team, where Anthropic doesn't use your data to train its models by default, and you leave with a one-page policy on what never goes into AI. Lemlist only receives the donors and notes your team approves for sending.
Will it work with our CRM?
Yes. HubSpot, Givebutter and Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT connect to Claude on the Team plan. Bloomerang, Neon, Little Green Light and similar CRMs work from a donor export. No code, and no custom integrations inside the cohort.
We don't have a technical person.
That's fine, because you don't need one. We show every step live in Claude's regular chat window, your team finishes each one from a ready-made template, and office hours are there when something sticks.
Does it send the emails for us?
Yes, once your team approves them. Lemlist sends your donor notes and sponsor emails from your own email account. It follows up on the schedule you set, and you'll set it to stop when someone replies.
How much of our time does it take?
About two to three hours a week for eight weeks, including the live session and your build time.
Do we have to build all three?
No. Start with the one your team needs most, or take two or all three, for the same price. They share one Organization Brain you build in week 1, and you keep every template, so you can add the others later.
Our board has to approve it.
Get their OK before you pay, because both options are non-refundable. “Email them the summary” in the cost section opens an email with what they'll ask about, ready for you to send. If you reserve with $500, the balance isn't due until December 7, 2026.
Why does the founding cohort cost less?
This is the first FUNDED cohort, so its first 12 organizations pay less than everyone after them. After them, the price is $5,000.
Can you guarantee we'll raise more?
No one can promise what donors and sponsors will give, and fundraising ethics codes rule out charging a percentage of the money raised. So our promise covers the part we control, which is getting your AI employees to deliver their research and drafts every Monday.
Can we get a refund?
No. Your reservation and tuition are non-refundable, so read the enrollment terms before you reserve. If someone on your team leaves, the spot passes to their replacement.
